Connection is Life. This is a space for me to share the learnings from my journey as I live with intention, focusing my energy on what I believe is most important in creating a meaningful, joyful life: connection. Every day, I connect with myself, nature and loved ones, and along the way I share Acts of Connection for those I care deeply about and how that elevates their life and mine.
